Little more than a month ago I only knew the names of one grandparent and very few relatives. I found Jane on the Internet, and asked her if she could identify my ancestors and their descendants. Now, I have the details of all my grandparents and great-grandparents, as well as over 100 relatives on both sides of the family, some going back to the 16th century! I have also made contact with my late mother's half sister, who lives in Australia. This is due to Jane's excellent research. Jane is quick, efficient, responsive and sympathetic. I received the pack this morning and wanted to let you know how pleased I am with it. I need to sit and read through it all again as there is so much information to take in. I really like the information on the jobs people had; it provides nice background detail and some idea of what their lives were like. Thank you for enclosing the army papers for my mum's natural father. We have never had any information about him so simple details like eye and hair colour are particularly useful and I think my mum will be really pleased with these little details. I wanted a special gift for my mother for Xmas and decided on a family tree but wasn't sure where to start. Having found Jane's website I enquired about the packages available and decided as funds were low to go with an hourly rate but I do feel that all the price packages Jane advertises are reasonable compared to some I had found. I paid for 4 hours research and Jane let me know how much information had been found during that time. It turned out to be sufficient for our needs and no further research was required.
