I wanted a special gift for my mother for Xmas and decided on a family tree but wasn't sure where to start.
Having found Jane's website I enquired about the packages available and decided as funds were low to go with an hourly rate but I do feel that all the price packages Jane advertises are reasonable compared to some I had found.
I paid for 4 hours research and Jane let me know how much information had been found during that time. It turned out to be sufficient for our needs and no further research was required. I paid extra to have the information displayed in a presentation pack. I am very pleased with Jane's research and the presentation pack and I'm sure my mother will love it.

I really like the information on the jobs people had; it provides nice background detail and some idea of what their lives were like.
Thank you for enclosing the army papers for my mum's natural father. We have never had any information about him so simple details like eye and hair colour are particularly useful and I think my mum will be really pleased with these little details.
